Here you will find
answers to common questions: ordering in our online shop,
payment, shipping and packaging, delivery times, sizes and

How can I order?
If you want to order in our store, you must first create an account. On the home page upper right you'll see the link "My Account". Follow the instructions there.
Select an article. In the description you will find individual option possibilities, you choose you appropriate option (color, size, etc). Often, when selecting the option appears even a sample.
Please put the article now in your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

now follow the order history of the shop-there are all the important
information will be displayed (shipping costs, payment methods, etc)
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you get within 24 hours no email, please contact us.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer and Paypal.
Do I get discount for larger orders?
Our discount system works as follows:
from a sum of 250 € you get 5% discount
from a sum of 500 € you will receive 7.5% discount
and from a total of 1000 € you get 12.5% discount
The discount will appear at the end of your order and deducted automatically.
With who will be send?
We send by registered mail with the Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta)
Do you ship to pack stations?
Please note by freight stations in Germany: Shipment is by registered post to the Hungarian. Please make sure that takes on the pack station broadcast. In return, from the packing station to us, once again will have to pay. If in doubt, please give more to a private mailing address.
How long will delivery take?
Within Europe, the shipment usually takes 5-10 business days. Outside Europe, the shipment usually takes 3-4 weeks.
How will be sent?
We ship discreetly in original package with a neutral sender.
How long takes the production of my ordered goods?
In general, the production takes 3-8 days, longer in exceptional cases, then we will inform you by mail.
